What "verified" means

Facts with dates. Nothing more.

When a sub shows the "Verified by Insureaze" badge, it means these specific things were true on the day we checked:

CSLB license statusChecked against the Contractors State License Board's records for the classification you need, with the date we checked.
General liability in force through a dateCoverage we've confirmed is active, and the date it runs through.
Workers' comp in force through a dateSame thing: the policy is active and you see when it ends.

It doesn't mean we rate or endorse their work. Check bids, references and scope the way you always do, and get a certificate naming you before they start.
